海外網購實名認證 921上路 Jun 30th 2018, 17:02 跨境網購愈來愈方便，為因應進口低價快遞貨物暴增，但有些貨物收件人未填真實資料，徒增風險。海關決定推動實名認證制度，預計今年九月廿一日上路，只要未經過實名認證的包裹，恐遭海關加強抽查。
