2018全球軟實力榜英國奪冠　日本排行第五居亞洲之冠 Jul 16th 2018, 10:56 台灣常自稱軟實力不輸人，但事實證明我國競爭力尚有待加強。根據12日新公布的2018年軟實力報告顯示，英國成為30個國家之中最具軟實力影響力的國家，日本排名第5名，是亞洲最高名次的國家、其他入榜的亞洲國家還有南韓、新加坡和中國，分別獲得第20、第21和第27名。台灣則未入榜。 軟實力（soft power），是指在國際關係中，一個國家所具有的除經濟及軍事外的第三方面實力，主要是文化、價值觀、意識形態及民意等方面的影響力。 《2018年全球軟實力研究...
