中華民國國旗覆棺 英國二戰老兵完成遺願 Sep 20th 2018, 21:45 （中央社記者戴雅真倫敦20日專電）二戰仁安羌戰役獲國軍解救英國老兵費茲派翠克的葬禮今天在里茲舉行，4名國防部在英進修軍官以中華民國國旗覆棺，替他完成遺願。 費茲派翠克（Gerald Fitzpatrick）8月27日辭世，耆壽99歲。他在二次大戰時，曾獲遠征軍113團團長劉放吾將軍解救。為圖感念，晚年寫作還原二戰戰史中滇緬戰役歷史真相，並致函英國外交部長，促英國承認國軍在1942年「仁安羌戰役」英勇行動，生前希望能以中華民國國旗「覆棺」。 ...
